Ombudsman: Azerbaijani attacks also target Artsakh children
The Azerbaijani military have carried out systemic and widespread targeted attacks against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) peaceful settlements and civilians, including children and journalists since September 27, committing atrocities and applying terror inspiring means by using cluster munitions, Armenian Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) Arman Tatoyan said on Sunday.
“All these are duly documented with necessary analysis in the 2nd interim report of the Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan on Azerbaijani Atrocities against Artsakh Population in September-October 2020,” he said, sharing some photos of the report.
“Consents for the publication of photos are with my college in Artsakh,” the ombudsman added.
