Lavrov, Borrell discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh developments over the phone
Russian FM Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation initiated by the EU with the High Representative / Vice-President Josep Borrell.
As the Russian foreign ministry reported, during the phone conversation a number of important international matters also came under review, including the actual state of affairs in implementing the Minsk Agreements to resolve the internal crisis in Ukraine, and the goals of the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement in accordance with the Moscow statement by the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia, as well as the situation around the Republic of Belarus.
