Fierce battles underway in northern and southeastern parts of Artsakh frontline – Defense Ministry
Fierce battles are taking place in the northern and southeastern sections of the Artsakh frontline, according to representative of the Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan.
“Fierce battles are underway in the same directions,” he wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
On Thursday morning, the Azerbaijani forces resumed intensive artillery strikes in the northern and southeastern directions of the frontline, the Artsakh Defense Army said.
“The Defense Army units continue to control the operational-tactical situation and take steps to inflict new losses on the adversary forces,” the military said.
