Syrian mercenary: Armenian snipers are ‘like we see in movies’
Syrian mercenaries, who have recently returned from Azerbaijan, are astonished by the high professionalism of Armenian snipers.
American journalist Lindsey Snell, who was one of the first to report about Syrian militants fighting in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), reported a Syrian National Army fighter, recently returned from Azerbaijan, as saying that the Armenian snipers are “like we see in movies.”
“My cousins and I have fought in Syria this whole war, and we’ve never seen anything like this,” the reporter quoted the Syrian mercenary as saying.
“In one battle, 45 of us were on a small hill. One sniper killed 8 Sultan Murad and 2 Hamza. The snipers are like we see in movies,” the fighter said.
