Armenia draws with Estonia in UEFA Nations League
Armenian national team played a draw 1-1 with Estonia on Wednesday in the UEFA Nations League.
The Group 2 match in League C was played at Estonia's national stadium A. Le Coq Arena. Armenia's Kamo Hovhannisyan scored only eight minutes into the game, which was followed by the equalizer from Estonia's Rauno Sappinen on 14 minutes.
In the group standings, North Macedonia, which drew 1-1 with Georgia at home also on Wednesday night, remained in first place with six points. Georgia stands second also on six points but with fewer goals. Armenia still ranks third with five points, followed by Estonia with two points.
