
Civilian casualties caused by Azerbaijani aggression reached 34, Ombudsman says
As a result of the Azerbaijani aggression against Artsakh, another civilian was killed, the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan informed.
"Last night, Azerbaijan continued targeting the Artsakh civilian settlements with heavy missiles. In Karmir Shuka village the Azerbaijani forces used Smerch cluster munition as a result of which one more civilian was killed and another was wounded," Beglaryan wrote on Twitter.
In the words of the Ombudsman, as of today, October 16, 34 civilians and two prisoners of war have been killed in Artsakh.
