Foreign reporters surprised at absence of street robbery in Stepanakert
Foreign reporters covering the war in Nagorno Karabakh have documented that there has been observed no robbery in the streets of the Artsakh capital city Stepanakert amid heavy destructions.
Ria Novosti news agency shared photos of shops and offices damaged in Azerbaijani shelling. Most of the buildings stand with broken windows and doors, however the property of the premises remain in place despite the lack of security control.
"The locals explain this solidarity with the fact that people know each other in small cities and no one may let oneself to such a disgrace," the agency wrote in its Telegram channel.
