Defense Army destroyed 4 enemy assaulting tanks
The Defense Army units have destroyed 4 enemy assaulting tanks in the southern direction of the Nagorno Karabakh frontline, Spokesperson at the Ministry of Defense Shushan Stepanyan reported. "In the southern flank of the Artsakh-Azerbaijani conflict zone the enemy is employing a large number of UAVs and artillery systems," Stepanyan added.
As reported earlier, the Azerbaijani forces violated the humanitarian ceasefire and at around 7:20 am, after an active artillery fire, launched an attack in the southern direction. There are killed and wounded on both sides.
The recent attack came after Armenia's Foreign Ministry reported about agreed humanitarian truce as of October 18th, 00:00 local time.
