Artsakh president received members of the German Bundestag
Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan received today the parliamentary delegation of "Alternative for Germany" Party, paying visit to Artsakh.
"We have been cooperating with this party for 5 years now. I think the fact of their presence in Artsakh at their own initiative during these hard days of war testifies to the effectiveness of that cooperation," the president wrote on Facebook.
It is noted that the meeting addressed a number of problems related to the current situation and the need for their political assessment.
German parliamentarian have thanked for the warm reception. "We have visited Artsakh to see the reality on the ground for ourselves. We see the efforts taken in the struggle against the Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression," the MPs said, pointing to numerous destructions of civilian infrastructure and killings of civilians.
