Work on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement continue - Peskov
The work on ending the active military actions between Armenia and Azerbaijan continue, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Tuesday, according to TASS news agency.
In his words, the efforts are aimed at stopping the military clashes and move the process to the path toward political-diplomatic settlement.
Peskov has declined to provide further details when asked to comment whether for finding a consensus the visit of the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan to Russia is prepared.
To remind, on Monday, in interviews with TASS news agency, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev expressed their readiness to meet in Moscow to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement with mediation from Russia.
