Moscow welcomes readiness of the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan to meet in Moscow
Russia welcomes the readiness by Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to meet in Moscow, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Andrey Rudenko told reporters, according to TASS news agency.
"We have seen those messages. We welcome the desire of the leaders to meet and reach a peace," the diplomat added.
To remind, on Monday, in interviews with TASS news agency, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev expressed their readiness to meet in Moscow to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement with mediation from Russia.
