Artsrun Hovhannisyan reports heavy battles in eastern frontline
Heavy battles are underway in the eastern direction of the Artsakh frontline, representative of the Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan says.
“Persistent battles are taking place in the eastern direction as well. In some sections we are pushing the enemy subversive groups back to their starting positions,” he wrote on Facebook.
Earlier on Friday, the Artsakh Defense Ministry reported local battles in all directions of the frontline. “The operation of detecting and destroying the enemy subversive groups consisting of mercenary terrorists continues by the units of the Defense Army,” the ministry said.
