Wedding ceremony held at Ghazanchetsots Cathedral of Shushi
A wedding ceremony has taken place at the Ghazanchetsots (Holy Savior) Cathedral in the Artsakh town of Shushi on Saturday amid Azerbaijani attacks on civilian settlements of the country.
My Step faction MP Gayane Abrahamyan shared photos from the ceremony on her Facebook page, writing: “I don’t know if I will ever find the right words to describe how I am feeling now ..."
The historic Armenian church was twice hit by missiles fired by the Azerbaijani troops on 8 October and was seriously damaged as a result of the attacks.
