Armenian Security Council chief holds phone call with Russian counterpart
Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan on Monday held a phone conversation with Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev.
Armen Grigoryan reflected on the current situation on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact, highlighted Azerbaijan’s role in instigating the war, as well as Turkey’s destabilizing involvement in the conflict. The secretary highly valued the role of the Russian Federation in the conflict settlement, his office said.
Nikolai Patrushev stressed the importance of settling the conflict exclusively through peaceful and diplomatic means.
