The Azerbaijani forces are diligently establishing bases for terrorist groups in certain areas where the Armenian servicemen have retreated for tactical purposes, the Artsakh Defense Ministry’s press service reported on Wednesday. 

“Based on the analysis of the tactics and intercepted telephone conversations of Turkish-Azerbaijani mercenaries and terrorists, collated with intelligence data, it has become evident that in recent days, as a result of the retreat of the Armenian troops for tactical considerations in some areas, the Azerbaijani armed forces are diligently establishing bases for terrorist groups in these sections, whose actions can destabilize the situation not only on the borders of Armenia and Artsakh, but also pose a serious threat to the entire region,” the ministry said.
