Artsakh verifies information on use of Turkish F-16 fighters to attack Stepanakert
Artsakh is verifying the authenticity of the information on the use of Turkish F-16 fighter jets to hit its capital Stepanakert, the Artsakh Infocenter said on Wednesday, citing presidential spokesman Vahram Poghosyan.
The Azerbaijani forces carried out fresh strikes on Stepanakert today. The adversary targeted the Maternal and Child Health Center, as well as various civilian infrastructure, facilities of public and economic significance, causing widespread destruction, the State Service of Emergency Situations said.
“An entire district in the capital was damaged. Military aircraft was in use here. As a result of the bombing, houses and cars were damaged or completely destroyed. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties,” it said.
