Artsakh leader on bombing of Stepanakert: This is challenge to entire civilized world
Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan took to Twitter on Wednesday to decry the fresh Azerbaijani strikes on the capital city of Stepanakert, including the maternity hospital, stating it is a challenge to the whole civilized world.
“Today Azerbaijan targeted civilian areas of Stepanakert, including the Republican Medical Center, Maternity and Child Hospital, with heavy missiles,” he tweeted.
“I have just received word of new strikes on Stepanakert civilian areas, with new destructions. This is a challenge to entire civilized world,” the president said.
