Artsakh forces down another Bayraktar combat drone
The situation in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan conflict zone was stable but tense overnight, with no essential changes in the operational situation recorded, the Artsakh Defense Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
After the midnight and early in the morning the Azerbaijani troops resumed targeting peaceful settlements of Artsakh. In particular, the adversary forces shelled Stepanakert, Shushi and nearby civilian settlements from Smerch multiple launch rocket system.
“A while ago the Artsakh Defense Army’s air defense forces shot down another Bayraktar combat UAV of the adversary.
“The Defense Army continues to confidently carry out its military objectives, keeping the tactical situation under control,” the statement said.
