Two civilians wounded in Azerbaijani missile strikes on Artsakh capital
Two civilians were wounded in Azerbaijani missile attacks on Artsakh’s capital Stepanakert early on Thursday morning.
Air raid sirens went off in Stepanakert at 8am local time, three minutes before the Azerbaijani strikes, the Artsakh State Service of Emergency Situations reported.
The fresh strikes carried out from Smercհ multiple launch rocket system damaged a residential house and completely destroyed an adjacent facility. A vehicle was also damaged.
The injured civilians, the owner of the house and a neighbor, were taken to hospital.
