Azerbaijani forces use military aircraft against Artsakh’s Martakert
The Azerbaijani forces have carried out strikes on Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh, from Smerch multiple rocket launchers during an air raid that lasted for more than one hour, according to the state emergency service.
“The air raid siren has once again sounded in the capital. There are ongoing missile attacks on Askeran, Martuni and Martakert as well,” the State Service of Emergency Situations said on Thursday.
In addition, the Azeri troops have used military aircraft against the town of Martakert, the service said.
"There are destructions. No casualties among the civilian population are reported," it added.
