Armenian FM: Azerbaijan shows total disrespect to its commitments
Azerbaijan used phosphorus munitions in Artsakh over forests close to residential areas with many civilians, Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan tweeted, sharing a video footage from Artsakh.
"What Azerbaijan is doing: total disrespect of its commitments, continued aggression, devastation of civilian population and use of banned weapons," added the Armenian minister.
To remind, the Azerbaijani military carried out renewed strikes on the Artsakh capital city of Stepanakert and other districts on Saturday morning, shortly after committing not to deliberately target civilian settlements or non-military objects in Geneva.
The Azerbaijani forces targeted the central market of Stepanakert, causing heavy damages to the civilians and partly destroying the public infrastructure.
