Another Syrian mercenary captured by Artsakh forces says they were promised $100 bonus for each beheaded ‘infidel’
Another Syrian mercenary fighting against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) on Azerbaijan’s side has most recently been captured by the Artsakh Defense Army.
The Armenian side identified the Syrian militant as Yusuf Alaabet al-Haji, born in 1988 in the village of Ziadiya of Idlib.
He is married and has 5 children.
In a video released by the Defense Army on Sunday, the mercenary said that they were promised $2,000 a month for fighting against “infidels” (non-believers) in Artsakh and an extra $100 “reward” for each beheaded “infidel”.
