Russian Deputy FM says premature to speak about a meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan
"Discussions on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement are at the expert level within the OSCE Minsk Group," Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko told reporters on Tuesday.
In his words, it is premature to speak about the organization of a meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, answering a question from journalists about potential talks between Baku and Yerevan brokered by Moscow.
According to him, the Kremlin proceeds from the fact there can be no military solution to the conflict, while any settlement should be political, considering the interests of al all parties.
