Armenian Embassy in Austria calls on Armenians to be more vigilant
The Armenian Embassy in Austria urges Armenians to be more vigilant and avoid unnecessary movements.
“Dear compatriots, taking into account the situation in Vienna and the anti-terror operations, please be more vigilant and avoid unnecessary movements, following the instructions of the authorities,” the embassy said in a statement on Tuesday.
“If necessary, please contact the embassy at the following telephone number: 00 43 (0) 1 522 74 79 105,” the statement added.
At least four people were killed and 15 others injured in a series of shootings in Austria's capital on Monday, DW reported. The Interior Ministry said the attack was carried out by at least one "Islamist terrorist."
