Azeri subversive group undertook infiltration attempt in the direction of Shushi, thwarted by Defense Army
The situation across the entire length of the Artsakh frontline remained relatively tense overnight, Defense Army reported. Apart from targeting the positions of the Defense Army, the enemy continued to keep peaceful settlements under rocket fire, the source said, adding there are casualties among the civilian population.
After midnight, Azerbaijani subversive group attempted a push in force towards Shushi, but, facing the organized resistance of the Army units, supported by volunteers, were thwarted, leaving many casualties behind.
Seek and destroy operations conducted by our forces continue to eliminate stragglers.The tactical situation remains firmly under control of the Defence Army along the entire front line, added the source.
