Another Yazidi soldier fell on the battlefield
Another member of Yazidi community in Armenia, servicemen Samad Sloyan fell on the battlefield, Said Avdalyan, the leader of a Yazidi youth group wrote on Facebook.
"Sloyan inflicted heavy losses on the enemy forces, becoming an horror and fear for them. In the battles for the Artsakh defense, he sustained severe injuries, which were incompatible with life. Glory to you, Hero! Rest in Peace!" Avdalyan wrote, adding Samad Sloyan was the seventh soldier of the Yazidi community killed in the battles.
According to preliminary data, some 600 Yezidis of Armenia are fighting alongside Armenians in Artsakh.
