Seyran Ohanyan: I continue my service
Hero of Artskh, Colonel-General Seyran Ohanyan continues his service in Artsakh.
“Everything is fine with me and I continue my service. Our spirit is at a high level, we are all determined to defend our homeland,” the Artsakh Infocenter quoted him as saying.
Earlier on Saturday, Artsakh president’s spokesman Vahram Poghosyan refuted Azerbaijani reports alleging Seyran Ohanyan had been injured.
“Of course, the enemy has good reasons to make a fuss about this since the regular lesson it received from General Ohanyan was very painful, and I am sure the enemy will get it again, because he [Ohanyan] is safe and sound and fully fulfills the duties entrusted to him,” the spokesman said.
On November 5, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan visited the troops in the town of Shushi and discussed the strategy of fighting against the enemy forces.
“The defensive fortifications created jointly by the professional servicemen and volunteers and the determination of our men inspire hope that all possible efforts are being made to keep the fortress town invincible,” the president said, expressing special gratitude to Seyran Ohanyan.
