Police warns of organizing public events and gatherings amid the martial law in place
The Police of Armenia has issued a statement in connection with the upcoming plan of political forces to hold a rally at Liberty Square on November 11.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the Police reminded that martial law had been declared in Armenia since September 27 which stipulates ban on organizing, holding and participating in gatherings and public events.
"We urge to avoid organizing, holding or attending gatherings and public events," the Police said.
Earlier, 17 political forces of Armenia issued a joint statement, calling on citizens to join a rally at Liberty Square where they will present ways to overcome the occurred situation after what they described 'a traitorous armistice' was signed on Nagorno-Karabakh.
