Artur Vanetsyan: Struggle against this ‘treacherous’ document and its signer is ‘uncompromising’
The leader of the opposition Homeland Party, Major-General Arthur Vanetsyan vows to continue fighting against the implementation of a Russian-brokered agreement signed by the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders on November 9 to end the war in Artsakh.
“Nikol the traitor, who conspiratorially surrendered Artsakh, has ordered the arrest of a number of opposition leaders fighting against the vile document signed by him. I assure you that with these political and treacherous arrests it is impossible to silence us, the traitor must leave,” he said in a statement on Thursday.
“In prison or in freedom, I personally will continue my uncompromising struggle against the implementation of this treacherous document. I urge not to fall into despair, to consolidate and to continue the struggle for the dignity of our nation.
“The struggle against this treacherous document and the person who signed it secretly is uncompromising,” the statement read.
