Mnatsakanyan, Lavrov talked over the phone
Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan held phone conversations with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, the press service at the foreign ministry reported.
"The parties discussed issues related to the practical implementation of the provisions in the November 10 joint statement of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the President of the Russian Federation," the ministry said.
A special focus was placed on the complex humanitarian situation in the region and issues to address them.
Topics of the bilateral agenda were touched during the conversation, according to the ministry release.
