Artur Vanetsyan again summoned to NSS before rally
Leader of the opposition Homeland Party Artur Vanetsyan has again been summoned to the National Security Service (NSS) before a rally at Yerevan’s Liberty Square, Arsen Babayan, a member of the party’s Political Council, said.
"Once again, before a rally, Artur Vanetsyan was invited to the NSS Investigation Department upon the order of Nikol Pashinyan as part of the illegally initiated criminal prosecutions,” Babayan wrote on Facebook.
“As we found out, the pretext is the interrogation. They are laughing at you at the Liberty Square, traitor Nikol!” he added.
Vanetsyan and two other opposition figures were charged with “plotting the killing of the prime minister and a coup in the country” on Sunday.
