Black ice formed on Martuni-Karvachar roadway
Roads are open in the territory of Armenia as of November 18 at 08.00, the ministry of emergency situations reported. Black ice is formed on Martuni-Karvachar roadway.
Traffic to Artsakh is allowed only by Vardenis-Sotk-Karvachar highway, the source said.
According to the information provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, due to the state of emergency, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open only for trucks.
According to the information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RA, the decision of the entry ban on foreign nationals to Georgia remains in force. The ban does not apply to the carriage transportation.
