Expert: If we don’t fight, we will lose Armenia, rest of Artsakh, Armenian identity
Today's struggle is also for the existence of Armenia, military expert Tigran Abrahamyan, who heads the Henaket Analytical Center, said in a Facebook post on Saturday.
“The man and his team who failed everything and brought us to a catastrophic situation continue to put at risk the security of the Armenian-controlled part of Artskah and Armenia today as well,” he said, denouncing Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for his efforts to justify the Russian-brokered accord to hand over areas of Artsakh to Azerbaijan and refusal to step down.
“How does our society tolerate all this? This is simply intolerable.
“Quite a large part of my life has been dedicated to Artsakh, the people of Artsakh and our security issues. And the people who have a good understanding of the seriousness of what happened can't just give up without a fight.
“If we do not fight, we will lose everything that is left – Armenia, the rest of Artsakh and the Armenian identity,” the expert wrote.
