The Azerbaijani armed forces are trying to take control of the village of Berdashen in Artsakh’s Martuni region, WarGonzo’s Telegram channel reports, citing the villagers.
The source reminds that under the trilateral statement signed by the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani leaders on 9 November, six villages of Martuni pass to Azerbaijani control, but Berdashen is not among them.
"At the moment, the residents of Berdashen are trying not to let the Azerbaijani military in their territory," the source says.
According to the list published on the official website of the government, the villages of Jivan, Shekher, Zardanashen, Sargsashen, Taghavard and Vazgenashen in the Martuni region have come under the control of Azerbaijan according to the Russian-brokered deal.
