Expert: Man has no value at all for Armenian authorities
One of the priority issues at this point is the soonest possible return of Armenian prisoners of war and captives held in Azerbaijan and the recovery of the bodies of fallen soldiers from the regions under Azerbaijani control, military expert Tigran Abrahamyan, who heads the Henaket Analytical Center, said on Tuesday.
“The incumbent authorities have completely exhausted themselves. In their status they are simply unable to negotiate and to achieve the desired results for us,” he wrote on Facebook.
“We pin our hopes on Russia and the international structures and organizations that are dealing with those issues instead of us.
"Man has no value at all for these authorities, that is the reason why we have ended up in this situation,” the expert added.
