Military hospital launched in Stepanakert
The Russian Defense Ministry has deployed a military field hospital in Artsakh capital city Stepanakert, Ria Novosti reports.
"First, we are focusing on medical aid to the peacekeeping contingent. However, we are ready to offer medical services to the civilians as well. Up to 40 patients can be accommodated at the hospital," the Head of the medical unit Yaroslav Ivanov told reporters.
As Ivanov informed, the hospital has an intensive care unit, laboratory of functional diagnostics, may provide dental and optical as well as surgical services.
