A group of citizens protest outside the houses of MPs from the ruling party
A group of citizens have organised protest actions on Tuesday outside the houses and apartments of the deputies from the ruling My Step fraction. Protests were staged in the yards of house of Hovik Aghazaryan, Karen Sarukhanyan and others.
"Hovik Aghazaryan, you are a traitor. You have betrayed the Armenian people, and we no more trust you. You have betrayed Artsakh by surrendering it to the enemy. We call on you to reject the plans of your political team to cede the Armenian lands to Turks," the protesters chanted.
To note, the action strikingly resembled the protests held in April 2018, when Pashinyan was holding mass rallies in Yerevan. Then, groups of demonstrators used to gather outside the houses of then ruling RPA deputies, chanting slanders and insults demanding them to elect protest leader Pashinyan as the prime minister of Armenia.
