
Armenian film earns 'Special mention' of the Jury at Cinemania film festival
The film 'Should the Wind Drop' by French-Armenian director Nora Martirosyan has earned 'Special mention' of the Jury at the Cinemania film festival, the National Cinema Center of Armenia reports. 'Should the Wind Drop' is a co-production of Armenia, Belgium and France.
The film is set and shot in Artsakh, particularly in capital Stepanakert and the nearby airport.
The film received a Cannes 2020 label this September and had its physical premiere in Paris in September, as part of the Cannes ACID screenings.
