Yerevan court postpones hearing in case of alleged constitutional order overthrow
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by judge Anna Danibekyan, on Tuesday postponed a hearing in the case of an alleged overthrow of the constitutional order involving Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan, as well as former top officials Seyran Ohanyan, Armen Gorgyan and Yuri Khachaturov.
Kocharyan's lawyers said the hearing was postponed because Seyran Ohanyan's lawyer Karen Mezhlumyan could not appear in court, having notified it in advance.
The next court hearing has been scheduled for December 8, at 1pm.
