Vitaly Balasanyan appointed Secretary of Security Council of Artsakh
Artsakh hero Vitaly Balasanyan has been appointed Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, President Arayik Harutyunyan said in a Facebook post. On the occasion of the appointment, Harutyunyan received on Wednesday Balasanyan. During the meeting, they discussed issues related to overcoming the occurred situation as well as the internal and external security of the country.
"There is no alternative to overcoming the current situation, developing and strengthening on our native soil. Therefore, we should spare no effort for the sake of the security of our Motherland and welfare of our people," Harutyunyan added.
