The removal of current leadership agreed in principle, political scientist says
The decision to remove the current leadership is agreed in principle, political scientist Vardan Balayan wrote on Facebook.
"Vitaly Balasanyan's appointment to the post of Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council means itself that the principal decision of removing current authorities has been made. A difficult but responsible path of new state-building is ahead, and we are obliged to organize and complete this process efficiently in a short period of time," wrote Balayan.
To remind, Artsakh president appointed Vitaly Balasanyan, a fierce critic of Nikol PAshinyan and presidential candidate in the recent elections in Artsakh to the post of the Secretary of the Security Council.
