"Fortunately, hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh are over. Now is the time to implement the agreements," the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama said at the 27th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council on Thursday.
Expressing his full support for initiatives under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, he called for “substantive negotiations, in good faith, in order to reach agreement on the steps for a comprehensive, peaceful and lasting resolution to the conflict.”
"I express my full support for the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. If there is trust, substantive negotiations must continue to achieve a lasting and comprehensive settlement of the conflict," Rama said.
