Apart from the fact that Vazgen Manukyan, the opposition candidate for interim prime minister, has a great deal of experience in public administration, he has great professional skills, opposition Prosperous Armenia Party lawmaker Arman Abovyan told Panorama.am.

According to the MP, Vazgen Manukyan is the “compromise” political figure, whose main goal will be to stabilize the situation in the country and prepare for new elections.

Asked about the future activities of the “Homeland Salvation Movement” of the opposition parties, Arman Abovyan only spoke about its goals, refraining from commenting on its activities.

"There is only one goal – Nikol Pashinyan’s and his government’s soonest possible removal and the transfer of power to the forces that are able to at least start the process of overcoming this severe moral, psychological, social and economic crisis," the Prosperous Armenia MP stated.

To the observation of Panorama.am that Nikol Pashinyan does not want to leave, Arman Abovyan said: "It doesn’t matter whether or not you want it simply because there are legal and constitutional mechanisms that will definitely be used. Besides, the people have brought him to power, now the people themselves demand his removal from office."
