Protest held outside My Step MP Hayk Gevorgyan’s home
Activists demanding the resignation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his government continue protests in front of the houses of lawmakers from the ruling My Step bloc.
A small group of protesters on Thursday gathered outside the home of MP Hayk Gevorgyan.
"Hayk Gevorgyan, you have betrayed our homeland. Our friends and brothers are missing, you are not taking any action," the angry protesters shouted.
They accused the authorities of “conspiring” to hand over territories of Artsakh to Azerbaijan.
"We don't consider it just a piece of land, it is our homeland, for which we were ready to sacrifice our lives. Quit that treacherous party and stand with the people!” they said.
