Armenian ombudsman visits civilians freed from Azerbaijani captivity
Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia Arman Tatoyan on Thursday visited the civilians who returned from Azerbaijani captivity after being captured by its military during the war against Artsakh, the Ombudsman’s Office reported, without providing any details.
As reported earlier, three Armenian captives on Wednesday were transferred from Azerbaijan to Armenia at the mediation of Russian peacekeepers. They are elderly civilians who did not manage to flee their homes during the Azerbaijani attack.
