Red Cross plans to expand its mission in Nagorno-Karabakh
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) plans to expand its mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, Gazeta.ru reported, citing ICRC spokesperson of Nagorno-Karabakh Eteri Musayelyan.
“We plan to increase our staff so that we can adequately and timely respond to humanitarian needs, as well as start new actions based on our conclusions on the needs," Musayelyan said.
According to her, the Red Cross has already greatly contributed to the solution of humanitarian issues in the region, providing building materials, food, heaters and hygiene items.
