Armenia’s COVID-19 cases top 149,000 on December 15
Armenia has confirmed 438 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 149,120 as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, the Ministry of Health reports.
1,486 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 127,452.
The coronavirus death toll has increased by 26 to 2,529. 8 patients carrying the virus died from other causes in the past 24 hours.
The number of active cases is 18,513. As many as 551,637 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
