A person being mocked in the region cannot negotiate on behalf of Armenia- Updates from 'March of Dignity'
"People, who are more or less familiar with political processes and the history, are well aware the this process is irreversible," politician Samvel Farmanyan said during the "March of Dignity" underway in Yerevan to demand PM Pashinyan's resignation.
The participants of the march moved across central streets of the capital city and entered the Republic Square. In Farmanyan's words, the disaster brought by Pashinyan is on such a scale that he has already himself lost his power.
"Only the most ignorant may not perceive this truth. Pashinyan has lost his power in Armenia. The matter is about forming leadership constitutionally to be able to promote the interests of Armenia and the Armenian people at maximum in the disastrous situation we are. The ongoing process is about this," Farmanyan said.
Member of ARF Dashnaksutyun Artsvik Minasyan, in turn, insists that as a result of treacherous actions by Pashinyan, we have lost 500 soldiers, left tens of thousands injured and disabled servicemen.
"As a result of those treacherous actions, we have lost our motherland, our lands. No one has the right to justify Pashinyan, accuse those who are struggling against the traitor," Minasyan said.
The Head of RPA Youth Organisation Hayk Mamijanyan, who is among the demonstrators, also addressed the public. "These people have come to state that a person who is being mocked by all regional leaders cannot represent Armenia in the negotiations." Protesters chanting "Armenia without Nikol" followed Mamijanyan's remarks.
