As the Salvation Front press service reported, among topics discussed were the consequences of the recent war in Karabakh and the future plans of the movement.
Manukyan presented his views and concerns about the current situation, offered solutions for overcoming it and shared their upcoming actions in case an interim government is formed in Armenia.
The PM's candidate pointed, in particular, to the urgent need of the army rearmament, the possibilities of turning some provisions in the Artsakh trilateral statement in favor of the Armenian side, the need to restore the NK settlement process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group, restoration and review of Armenia's relations with its natural allies and ways to overcome the consequences of the upcoming social-economic crisis.
It was stressed that if the movement succeeds, Armenia may enter a new phase of development which will not repeat the mistakes recorded over the past stages since independence. The editors present at the meeting, in turn, raised concerns over the ongoing situation, issues related to inter-political and security agenda as well as the moral and psychological state of the society. They also offered their view of the developments and made suggestions aimed at resolving the crisis.
