Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan visits Armenians who returned from Azeri captivity at hospital
Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and his staff doctor Gayane Ghukasyan joined many others welcoming back some of the Armenian prisoners of war (POWs) returning from Azerbaijani captivity.
A Russian plane carrying 44 Armenian prisoners who were held captive by Azerbaijan landed at Yerevan’s Erebuni Airport late on Monday night.
The ombudsman, the doctor and the head of the human rights department at the Armed Forces, Artyom Sedrakyan, visited them at the hospital to examine their health and take necessary actions, Tatoyan said on Facebook.
